- Before check-in information is shared, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.

- All buildings at the resort have elevators for accessibility. Units are wheelchair accessible.
- This unit is located in Building 3 on the 6th floor.
Policies and Rules
- THIS RESORT IS PET-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, AND STRICTLY PROHIBITS TRAILERS.
- NO PETS ALLOWED – RESORT POLICY.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
- ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES.
- Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. The owner reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in their opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
- Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
- No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
- The Premises shall be used only for residential purposes; no animals are allowed and for no other purpose whatsoever.
- Tenant agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
- Tenant agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises or actions done which will increase insurance rates or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
Fees and Payments
- A $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for potential damages after your stay.
- Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
- RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE: Expenses and items not mentioned, including but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.
Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy
- If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical and/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond their control.
Parking Information
- Free parking is available for your car at each unit.
- Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
- Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill for access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a fee of $0.50.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- High-speed internet access (WiFi) is available throughout the unit.
- Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and local phone service.
- Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay; these cannot be changed out during your stay.
- A washer and dryer are available in the unit. A single-use box of detergent is provided; bring extra if you plan to do additional laundry.
- The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, dishes, glassware, cookware, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Specialized kitchen items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot are not provided.
- The outdoor pool includes a mushroom water feature and is heated typically in April and May, depending on outside temperatures.
- The indoor pool is heated year-round.
- The resort features gathering and picnic areas, outdoor grills, a walking trail, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.
- All buildings have elevators; units are wheelchair accessible.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to client property is the client's responsibility.
- Tenant assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of landlord and tenant, including household furniture and goods during use and occupancy.
- Tenant assumes all risks associated and agrees to hold landlord harmless and indemnified.

- The property is positioned on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1, behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district. A trolley stop is available at the main road for access throughout Pigeon Forge for $0.50. Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island (with Margaritaville and Paula Deen's) are about 2 miles away.
